Return & exchange policy
Thank you for shopping with us! At nathena.in it is our constant goal to provide you with a flawless product and customer service experience that gives you the confidence to order on our website and keep coming back for all the products you need. Our warehouse and logistics team follows a strict quality control checklist to ensure that every order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted products or products purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after the 12 hour cancellation window.
A. Defective or Damaged Items
We do understand that sometimes a product can get damaged during shipping even though we ensure that every product is packed to the highest standards. If you notice during delivery that the outer packaging is torn or damaged, we request you to refuse delivery and immediately let us know of the same and we will follow up with the logistics partner and resolve the issue as fast as we can.
We request our customers to take a video during unboxing the product for the first time so that any defect or damage is immediately visible. If you notice that a product is defective, or dead-on arrival after receiving delivery, we request you to inform us about the same within 24 hours along with the video. We will replace your product immediately. However please note that we will not accept return or replacement requests even if the product is damaged, after the return window expires.
NOTE: We encourage you to check the product for damage during delivery and refuse the delivery if you find any damage on the outer box. If you do consider accepting the delivery, please mention the outer box damage on the delivery slip itself. We are not responsible for any damage you report after accepting delivery of the product.
B. Buyer’s Remorse or Buyer’s Regret
All products on the website are professional products and are manufactured to strict specifications.
C. Size / Colour Exchange
We do not allow Size or Colour based exchanges as all product sizes are mentioned on the website and all product images have been professionally photographed with industry standard color calibration tools to ensure accurate reproduction of colours. nathena.in reserves the right to accept or refuse an exchange request. If accepted, any such replacement request carries a minimum 20% restocking fee for the return. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact MRP Sticker). Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
D. Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled within a period of 12 hours from ordering. No cancellation requests will be accepted once the product has been shipped. In cases of order cancellation, the payment gateway charges may be deducted as per the discretion of nathena.in, If a refund to the original mode of payment is approved, please allow a period of 3-5 business days to process the refund.
All orders placed during a sale are final and cannot be cancelled.
